That kind of people really irritates me, sometimes, how I wish I can give them a good lesson on work etique and a polite way to treat customer. But sometimes, I pity them, maybe they don't like the job, not in a good mood because something happened in their personal life etc. But it's nothing wrong of vent-off your emotion..I understand. I usually "tarik muka masam" if I don't like their unfriendliness. Then, after done with the business, I let it go.
hahaha... there are plenty of those around... dont they?
